Job summary

• Previous experience managing a children's residential home.
• Experience working with EBD / complex needs.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Proven leadership and staff-management experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships with children, staff and professionals.
• A proactive approach to quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• A genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

• Taking overall responsibility for the management of the 2-bed home.
• Providing strong and visible leadership to the staff team.
• Ensuring children receive safe, nurturing and high-quality care.
• Maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation.
• Managing safeguarding, incidents, complaints and risk effectively.
• Recruiting, supervising, supporting and developing staff.

• Monitoring the quality of care and identifying areas for improvement.
