Job summary

Perrigo Company is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital projects from concept through handover, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating multifunctional teams and collaborating with global functions to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, validating equipment and processes, writing technical reports, and driving continuous improvements within capital projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, process or building services engineering.
• Experience managing engineering projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
• PM certification is preferred.
• Experience with industrial building services is preferred.
• Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from planning through handover, ensuring scope, cost and schedule adherence.
• Communicate progress, risks and opportunities to stakeholders across functions.
• Act as accountable owner for assigned projects, delivering commissioning and handover.
• Maintain budget trackers and forecast future spend with Finance.
• Process orders related to capital projects.
• Support Validation in equipment and process validation protocols.
• Write technical reports to support quality and operations decisions.
• Support CAPA investigations and corrective actions for facilities equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational and design issues related to capital projects.
• Demonstrate Perrigo core behaviours and take ownership to deliver results.
