Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital projects from concept to handover, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, quality and safety compliance. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, reporting progress to key stakeholders and driving project delivery.

You will support validation protocols, write technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement within Global Engineering in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical; Electrical; Process; Building Services)
• Experience managing engineering projects is required
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred
• Recognised project management certification preferred
• Experience with industrial building services preferred
• Experience working in a cGMP environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite incl. MS Project

Responsibilities

• Independently lead capital projects from planning through execution to handover, managing scope, plan, budget and resources.
• Communicate project progress, risks and opportunities to key stakeholders across the business.
• Act as the accountable owner for assigned capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Maintain project budget trackers and forecast future spend with the Finance Department.
• Manage processing of orders relating to capital projects.
• Support the Validation Department in equipment and process validation protocols.
