Job summary

Perrigo is seeking an Engineering Services supervisor to lead the Production Engineering team within Manufacturing and Packaging. The role ensures machinery is fit for purpose and aligned with the production plan, driving reliability and performance.

The successful candidate will manage parts inventory, procure items, set priorities, and coordinate with other departments to meet customer requirements, while developing the team and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Line manage the Production Support Engineers and drive team improvement.
• Ensure production machinery is fit for purpose and performs to plan.
• Maintain inventory of engineering parts, materials and consumables; procure as required.
• Set direction and priorities for the production support engineering team; allocate resources.
• Coordinate with external departments to understand requirements and provide feedback.
