Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead capital project initiatives at our site, focusing on engineering, facilities and process improvements to meet strategic objectives.

You will work with CAPEX team, prepare AOP submissions, CERs, and financial justifications, while ensuring compliance with GMP and CDM.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder mgmt, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation activities aligned with site strategy.
• Develop Annual Operating Plan submissions for site needs.
• Evaluate viability and prepare CERs and financial justifications.
• Manage equipment selection, procurement and deployment of packaging/engineering systems.
• Provide SME support on new technologies and engineering capabilities.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, to quality standards.
• Collaborate with SLT and cross-functional teams.
