Client Server Limited is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a FinTech desktop platform in Reigate, England. You will drive architecture, design and delivery of mission-critical features in a highly scalable C#/.NET desktop application.

You will lead three agile teams, collaborate with the Product Owner, ensure security and performance, and help shape the technical roadmap while enjoying hybrid working with in-office days in Reigate.

Qualifications

• Experience building large, scalable desktop applications in C#/.NET.
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams delivering complex features.
• Strong design, security, and performance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead three Agile teams (~10 engineers) on the flagship desktop platform.
• Architect, design and develop new features with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and other teams on technical decisions.
