Client Server is looking for a Lead Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net) in Reigate. This role involves leading multiple Agile teams and managing a complex desktop insurance platform. Candidates should have a strong background in C# .Net backend development, technical leadership, and modern software practices. Formación

• Expertise with C# desktop development, working on complex scalable systems.
• Strong technical leadership experience in an Agile environment.
• Good knowledge of modern Microsoft software engineering best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage three Agile teams and be responsible for the flagship desktop insurance platform.
• Architect, design, and develop new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and development teams for design choices.

Technical leadership and ownership

Clean, reusable, and maintainable code
