Job summary

Client Server Limited in the UK is seeking a Lead Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net Desktop Application) in Reigate with hybrid WFH options.

You will lead three agile teams, shape architecture and develop the flagship desktop insurance platform handling billions of requests monthly, while driving security, reliability and performance.

The role offers up to £100k salary plus bonus and a flexible hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Expertise in C# desktop development and large, scalable systems.
• Strong technical leadership and ownership of features.
• Advocate of clean, maintainable code and modern MS software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead three Agile teams (~10 engineers) on the flagship desktop platform.
• Architect, design and develop new features with focus on security, reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and other teams to influence design and tech decisions.
