Client Server Limited is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Lead in London with a strong background in C#/.Net, Azure and React. The role combines hands-on coding with people leadership to build high performing teams and deliver quarterly objectives across a hybrid London/WFH setup.

You will mentor engineers, drive performance reviews and calibrations, remove blockers, and shape the engineering culture while collaborating closely with Product, QA and Technical Leaders to ensure
