Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Functional & Data Analyst to join our Technology Data & Innovation (TDI) team within Risk, Finance, Treasury (RFT) - Accounting Domain. The role involves working on strategic data initiatives, onboarding business and product onto critical platforms, supporting existing users with process improvements, and conducting discovery analysis for new demands.

You will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis, including data sourcing, validation, and reporting. Collaboration with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Front Office systems is essential to analyze requirements and ensure proper technical integration with IT.

Ideal candidates will have a detailed understanding of banking products, business content, calculation/reporting requirements, and technical data sourcing and modeling within reporting frameworks.

• Support finance and operations teams in issue resolution

• Support user acceptance testing

Your skills and experience:

• Strong analytical skills with high-volume data experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Additional skills in Python and People Management are beneficial
• Experience in financial control within investment banking
