Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to collaborate with stakeholders, business units, and subject matter experts. The role involves planning technology systems aligned with L&G's business strategy, developing roadmaps, and overseeing IT solutions to ensure compliance with enterprise standards. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and communicating enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Leading governance of solution architecture, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Guiding and supporting the enterprise architecture team, identifying capability gaps, and ensuring delivery.
• Providing technology consultancy and executive support using enterprise architecture assets.
• Developing and communicating the IT Strategy for Institutional Retirement, including architectural principles.
• Sharing best practices across L&G and analyzing industry trends to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT roadmap design.
• Experience with IT standards, governance, and architecture artifacts.
• Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, API, microservices, event-driven IT, and analytics.
• Proven experience in IT strategy, governance, standards, and policy formulation.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Track record of designing large-scale IT roadmaps and influencing senior stakeholders.
