Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions. You will lead a team of analysts, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance operational efficiency.

The role requires extensive experience in business analysis, leadership, and a strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in infrastructure services is highly desirable.
Proven ability to elicit, analyse, document, and manage requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
Drive end-to-end business analysis from requirements to solution design and implementation support.
Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
Develop business cases, functional specs, use cases, and process diagrams.
Facilitate elicitation workshops and interviews to validate requirements.
Serve as primary liaison between business users and technical teams; support testing and UAT.
Provide strategic input on scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
