Job summary

TPXimpact Ltd is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to steer strategic analysis and multi-stream programs within the Delivery Team. You’ll partner with Product and Delivery Managers to shape high-priority engagements, ensuring evidence-based, user-centric solutions aligned with the company strategy.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, refining internal methodologies, and supporting recruitment. You will also support Growth and Sales with bids, scoping, and identifying opportunities across

Qualifications

• Experience in investigating complex problems and synthesising information from multiple sources.
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and pivoting approaches as needed.
• Capable of connecting daily activities to broader goals and measuring impact.
• Collaborates effectively across disciplines and translates between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of user-centred discovery and applying AI insights where beneficial.
• Demonstrable interest in applying AI tools to digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the BA Community of Practice (CoP) across TPXimpact.
• Build internal and external awareness of BA capabilities through workshops and presentations.
• Direct line management for up to two BAs, guiding career paths and performance.
• Provide QA for Associate BAs when needed to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with TPX managers to align expectations across BA levels.
• Offer mentorship and coaching on BA tools and consultancy delivery.
• Support performance improvement processes using client and internal feedback.
• Contribute to evolving TPXimpact skills framework for progression.
• Lead BA workstreams for small-to-medium engagements and support large-scale programs.
• Manage BA capacity and demand to deploy the right talent on projects.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for TPX BA roles and promote opportunities.
