Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions. The role requires extensive experience in business analysis, leadership, and a strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in infrastructure services is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to elicit, analyse, document, and manage requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
• Drive end-to-end business analysis from requirements to solution design and implementation support.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Develop business cases, functional specs, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Facilitate elicitation workshops and interviews to validate requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between business users and technical teams; support testing and UAT.
• Provide strategic input on scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Lead Business Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions for AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED. This role will involve leading a team of business analysts, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Spearhead the end-to-end business analysis process, from requirements gathering and documentation to solution design and implementation support.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders, to understand complex business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other elicitation techniques to gather and validate requirements.
• Act as a primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
• Support the testing phase by reviewing test plans and scenarios, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide strategic input on project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in business analysis.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
• Proven experience in the infrastructure services sector is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of various business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a team of business analysts.
• Proficiency in using business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
