Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with stakeholders across projects, and ensure delivery that improves efficiency and strategic outcomes.

You will mentor analysts, develop requirements artifacts, and guide workshops, while coordinating with project managers and technical leads to align business needs with technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/admin/IT; master's preferred.
• 8–10 years as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in infrastructure/services sector desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Spearhead end-to-end BA processes from requirements gathering to design and implementation support.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads and stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, functional specs, use cases and process diagrams.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and elicitation activities to validate requirements.
• Act as primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Support testing by reviewing test plans and assisting UAT.
• Provide strategic input on scope, timelines and resource allocation.
• Stay current with BA best practices and emerging technologies.
