Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Building Services, Facilities Management, or Engineering Supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance within a commercial environment.
• Sound knowledge of health & safety legislation, compliance requirements, and safe systems of work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workloads while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers delivering PPM, reactive maintenance, and quoted works across multiple sites.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual SLA and KPI requirements.
• Monitor asset management activities, maintenance schedules, and timely completion of remedial actions arising from inspections.
• Promote compliance with health & safety standards, RAMS, permit-to-work systems, and company procedures.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineering teams while driving continuous improvement, engagement, and operational excellence.
