Tech-People in South-West London is seeking an Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join a leading Hard FM contractor on a static, high-profile site. The role covers M&E responsibilities with a focus on reliability and client satisfaction.

You will perform BMS front-end maintenance, PPMs on electrical and mechanical plant, diagnose faults, and maintain strong on-site relationships with the client.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (Electrical Installation or Maintenance) or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Regulations compliant.
• Experience in PPM, fault finding, and repair on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance of BMS front-end systems.
• Perform PPM on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
• Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide high standard of client-facing service and maintain strong on-site relationships.
• Work full-time on a prestigious, static commercial site in a high-end location.
