Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee contract delivery across maintenance works in Greater London. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role involves scheduling, supervising operatives and subcontractors, regular site visits, and maintaining calibration of electrical meters and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical works on planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and operatives on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of electrical works across contracts.
• Supervise a team of operatives and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality and on-time completion.
• Manage MCM job scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure meters and equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Provide electrical support and technical advice to clients and internal teams.
• Compile operational reports and contribute to audits and reviews.
