Diageo is seeking a Brand Home Lead Guide at the Talisker Visitor Centre on the Isle of Skye. You will oversee daily tours, coordinate the Brand Home Guides team, and drive high service standards across tours, bar and retail.

You’ll lead a team, support operations, and contribute to events and community engagement while maintaining the guest experience at this iconic Scotch whisky destination. Evening/weekend work is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a team in a visitor attraction, hospitality, retail or similar customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop and manage colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily tours and staff allocation for Brand Home Guides.
• Support operations across tours, bar and retail with high service standards.
• Supervise guides and agency staff, including scheduling and training.
• Contribute to retail strategy, merchandising and guest experiences.
• Plan and deliver events and community engagement initiatives.
