Job summary

Diageo, Isle of Skye's Talisker Visitor Centre, is seeking a Brand Home Lead Guide to oversee daily operations, coordinate tours, and supervise guides to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role demands leadership, guest focus and a proactive approach to events and retail excellence.

You will contribute to community engagement, sustainability goals and provide leadership that elevates the visitor journey at this iconic Scotch whisky destination.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a visitor attraction, hospitality, retail or similar.
• Ability to motivate and develop colleagues and work well in a team.
• Proactive, resilient, open-minded with problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working toward targets and delivering against performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tours and allocate work across Brand Home Guides, supporting smooth operations across experiences, bar and retail.
• Support management with day-to-day operations and uphold high service standards for memorable guest experiences.
• Supervise Brand Home Guides and agency colleagues, including scheduling, hours, training and performance monitoring.
• Support retail strategy and visual merchandising to showcase products and create an engaging retail experience.
• Plan and deliver special events, working with the team to engage communities and sustain sustainability goals.
