Creative Recruitment partners with a well-established independent creative agency in Kent, seeking an experienced Lead Designer to shape and elevate creative output across brand, campaigns, digital, content and motion. You'll work closely with senior leaders, lead projects from concept through delivery, and champion design excellence across the studio.

Formación

• Proven senior/lead designer experience in an agency.
• Strong conceptual thinking to guide others.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent typography and visual communication skills.
• Ability to present and tell stories to clients.
• Experience mentoring in a creative team.
