Litt Recruitment is seeking a Creative Lead to drive the creative process from concept to production, shaping campaigns and brand impact across digital and offline channels. You will mentor a Junior Graphic Designer and collaborate with the Content & Campaigns Manager to deliver high-quality design work.

Role covers digital campaigns, website design, print, and branding assets, with flexible office-based arrangements and occasional travel. A strong eye for typography and branding is essential.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Creative Design.
• At least two years experience working in a creative design role.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, with Mac and PC experience.
• Strong typography, layout, branding, and image manipulation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full creative process from concept to production.
• Develop design proposals and campaigns with the Content & Campaigns Manager.
• Lead on digital campaigns, website design, print, and branding assets.
• Mentor a Junior Graphic Designer and oversee workload and skills development.
• Safeguard and evolve the brand identity across all channels.
