Job summary

Orangery in Guildford seeks a Design Lead to steer creative direction across brand and campaign work. You will develop campaign ideas for social-first content through to print and environmental, and build evolving brand identities for regional and global rollout.

You will direct our freelance bench of specialists, ensure quality against standards, and present work to clients. A senior, hands-on leader with 10+ years in agencies is ideal; Figma and Adobe CS are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn briefs into clear narratives.
• Portfolio showing brand and campaign work with consistent volume.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction across brand and campaign work.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns from social-first to print and environmental.
• Build and evolve brand identities, visual systems, guidelines, and toolkits for regional/global rollout.
• Direct freelancers in film, video and photography direction/editing.
• Quality-check work to creative and technical standards before delivery.
• Present and defend work directly to clients.
