Based in Kent, the team splits 2 days in the office and 3 remote, offering a collaborative hybrid environment where you can mentor others and drive creative excellence without formal line management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Designer/Lead Designer role within an agency environment.
• Strong conceptual thinker capable of developing ideas for others to execute.
• Excellent typography, layout, branding and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape and define creative direction across brand, campaigns, digital, content and motion.
• Lead projects from concept development through to final execution.
• Inspire designers, ensuring the highest standards of creative output.
• Contribute to studio processes, culture and ways of working.
• Encourage collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across the team.
• Develop original concepts that deliver against client objectives across channels.
• Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for additional work.
