OC Motor Repairs Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager to lead a busy operation. You will oversee daily delivery, support the team and maintain high-quality repairs, standards and customer service.

The role involves managing supplier relationships, monitoring profitability, HR matters, and reporting management information. Applicants should have prior bodyshop supervision or management experience and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous bodyshop supervisory or management experience
• Experience with BSI
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful business relationships
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Clear communication skills face to face, by telephone and in writing
• Strategic planning, organisation and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Computer literacy with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office
• Ability to produce reports to a high standard
