AutoSkills (United Kingdom) is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead an accident repair centre. You will drive performance, develop a high-performing team, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £60,000+ (dependant on experience) with overtime and Monday–Friday hours in a modern workshop environment. A proven track record in automotive bodyshop management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bodyshop Manager or similar role in an accident repair centre.
• Strong leadership with proven ability to manage a team.
• Deep understanding of automotive accident repair processes and manufacturer standards.
• Track record of managing workshop KPIs, productivity, and quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation of the bodyshop to drive productivity and profitability.
• Develop and manage Workshop Controllers, Vehicle Damage Assessors, Technicians and support staff.
• Monitor KPIs, throughput, repair quality and overall performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, insurers and suppliers.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer methods and company standards.
• Plan resources, staffing, and capacity to maximise performance.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards and a safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining customer satisfaction.
