OC Motor Repairs in the UK is recruiting a Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager to lead a busy operation, drive high standards and deliver profitable results. You will oversee daily delivery, support the team and manage supplier relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will monitor targets, manage HR records and produce management information for senior leadership, guiding the centre toward continuous improvement and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Prev bodyshop supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with BSI.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Clear communication across in-person, phone and writing.
• Strategic planning, organisation and time management.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to produce reports to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Centre Efficiency: Oversee the efficient running of the accident repair centre.
• Commercial Performance: Support and sustain company profitability.
• Supplier Relationships: Maintain effective supplier relationships and negotiate confidently.
• Workshop Standards: Manage workshop discipline and maintain professional standards across the team.
• Work Allocation: Delegate work effectively to maintain service levels.
• Customer Service: Ensure customers receive an efficient and satisfactory service.
• HR Administration: Maintain staff records and manage HR-related matters.
• Target Monitoring: Actively monitor progress against targets.
• Management Information: Maintain daily MI figures and report issues promptly to senior management.
• Customer Resolution: Handle complex customer enquiries and complaints.
