Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an accident repair centre or busy bodyshop.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operation of the bodyshop to drive productivity and profitability.
• Develop and motivate Workshop Controllers, Vehicle Damage Assessors, Technicians and support staff.
• Monitor KPIs, throughput, quality, and overall workshop performance.
