Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee a large automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will drive profitable operations, lead a sizable team, ensure quality control and safety standards, and report to the Area Manager. Qualifications

• Recent or current experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a large team.
• Methodical, organised with a focus on process and quality.
• Good knowledge of automotive accident repair processes.
• UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the bodyshop to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, train, and develop a large team including customer service and admin staff.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control and health & safety standards.
• Manage workflow, resource allocation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
