Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Avonmouth is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead a large automotive accident repair centre. You will report to the Area Manager and oversee both workshop and front‑of‑house teams, ensuring smooth, profitable operations.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication and a hands‑on management style. You will drive customer service, productivity and centre performance while working a Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm schedule and aiming for a 50‑hour

Qualifications

• Recent or current experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar senior accident repair role.
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to manage both operational and customer-facing functions effectively.
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete operation of the accident repair centre.
• Manage, motivate and develop a large team across workshop, administration and customer service.
• Ensure processes are efficient, methodical and commercially focused.
• Maintain high standards of productivity, customer service and operational performance.
• Drive profitability and achieve centre performance targets.
• Report regularly to the Area Manager regarding performance, staffing and development.
• Identify opportunities to improve and enhance an already successful operation.
• Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00am to 5:00pm, including paid breaks.
