Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd offers an experienced Bodyshop Manager a leading role at a large automotive accident repair centre in Avonmouth. You will head a sizable team across workshop, admin and customer service, driving efficiency, profitability and top-quality customer care.

Salary up to £60,000 with a bonus scheme delivering £86,400 on-target earnings, plus 25 days leave, bank holidays, and progression opportunities. Mon-Fri, 7:00am-5:00pm, with paid breaks and a 50-hour week.

Qualifications

• Recent or current experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar senior role.
• Management experience is desirable; progression considered.
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to manage both operational and customer-facing functions.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our large automotive accident repair centre in Avonmouth. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking accident repair group offering excellent training, development and long-term career prospects.

As Bodyshop Manager, you will report directly to the Area Manager and hold overall accountability for the efficient, profitable operation of the centre. You will lead productive workshop teams alongside front-of-house, administration and customer service staff.

• Salary up to £60,000 per annum, dependent on management experience.
• Performance-related bonus scheme providing £86,400 annual on-target earnings.
• 25 days’ annual leave, plus eight bank holidays.
