Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a CDP Baker in upscale settings (hotel, resort, cruise ship).
• Culinary school degree is required.
• Strong management and communication skills; multicultural environment experience.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with time management, scheduling, and staff coaching.
• Basic accounting concepts and ability to write reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation and control of the Bakery Shop and production daily.
• Direct, coach, support, supervise, and evaluate staff with Head Baker.
• Oversee production, quality, and presentation of bread for daily menus.
• Prepare forecasts and track leftovers to minimize waste and control costs.
• Supervise bread display setup across buffets.
• Ensure compliance with USPH rules and regulations daily.
