Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Live Event Production Engineer to own end-to-end technical production for high-profile events in London. You will lead a cross-functional AV team, coordinate vendors, and manage budgets while ensuring flawless multi-camera broadcast and streaming for client events.

The role requires hands-on expertise with broadcast and production systems, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical production on large-scale, high-stakes events.
• Strong stakeholder management across Corporate Events, Internal Comms, Workplace, and E-staff.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes in parallel without compromising quality or relationships.
• Experience building scalable AV workflows that reduce cost/time/resources.
• Curiosity about AI in live events and hands-on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical production on our most complex, high-profile events, including the London main stage.
• Manage core production equipment and systems (Ross Ultrix, AJA Bridge, Vizrt Tricaster, Allen & Heath DLive, Dante, VMix, NDI, Epiphan Pearl2, SRT/RTMP, MA Lighting GrandMA3).
• Hire and manage AV vendors/contractors and coordinate crewing for events and schedules.
• Lead stakeholder management and pre-production needs for events.
• Provide setup, configuration, and support for internal & external event productions.
