Job summary

This role offers senior client responsibility, mentoring of junior surveyors, and opportunities to influence the cost management service as the firm expands.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• MRICS qualified or equivalent senior professional level.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management commissions from inception through to final account.
• Prepare and review cost plans, estimates and project budgets.
• Manage tender documentation, procurement and contractor selection.
• Oversee valuations, variations, change control and cost reporting.
• Advise clients on commercial strategy and contractual matters.
• Manage key client relationships across Berkshire and the M4 corridor.
• Support business development and identify repeat work opportunities.
• Mentor junior Quantity Surveyors and support team development.
