Brandon James Ltd is looking for an experienced Associate Partner to join their Quantity Surveying team in Oxford. This role involves managing key clients and leading major projects while shaping the team's direction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong cost consultancy background and excellent client management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at Associate, Senior Associate, or Associate Partner level.
• Commuting distance to Oxford required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project delivery from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic cost advice and manage client relationships.
• Support team performance and mentor junior Quantity Surveyors.

Connaissances

Strong Quantity Surveying / cost consultancy background

Excellent pre and post contract knowledge

Strong client management and business development skills

Confident leading teams

Formation

Degree in Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited equivalent

MRICS preferred
