Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong consultancy / PQS experience.
• Experience managing projects and client relationships independently.

Responsibilities

• Leading cost management services from feasibility through to final account.
• Managing key client relationships and acting as trusted commercial adviser.
• Preparing cost plans, tender documentation and procurement strategies.
• Overseeing valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts.
• Managing and reviewing the work of junior Quantity Surveyors.
• Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
