Brandon James Limited in Leatherhead is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its established cost management team on a flexible, hybrid basis. You will assist with cost planning, tendering, valuations, change control, reporting and final accounts while collaborating with clients, contractors and design teams across diverse sectors.

This role offers structured APC mentoring, strong career progression toward Chartered status, and broad project exposure across Surrey and the South East.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in a UK consultancy or cost management environment.
• Willingness to work towards MRICS or APC process.

Responsabilidades

• Support preparation of cost estimates, cost plans and feasibility advice.
• Assist with tender documentation, procurement and tender reviews.
• Help manage valuations, variations and monthly cost reports.
• Attend site visits, client meetings and progress reviews.
• Assist with final accounts and project close-out.
• Maintain accurate project records and commercial documentation.
