Job summary

OMNIA Training in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to head the Transformation and Change workstream within the Army training programme. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with Defence partners to deliver strategic initiatives modernising collective training and ensuring battlefield readiness.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, governance oversight, and guidance on adopting new capabilities across the programme, in a high-impact, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong background in technology leadership and understanding of land training systems.
• Deep understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for transformation and innovation services.
• Oversee MIAC services development, delivery, and management.
• Shape the future of Army collective training ensuring alignment with Defence objectives.
• Act as senior advisor to the OMNIA Training Managing Director and Leadership Team.
• Maintain technology overwatch to drive integrated transformation across training delivery and infrastructure.
