Job summary

Rheinmetall Electronics UK (REUK) is seeking an ILS Lead Engineer to drive Integrated Logistic Support activities for the OMNIA ACTS programme, spanning Live, Virtual and Constructive environments. You will lead ILS workshare, ensure quality and coordinate across partners and Army stakeholders.

The role combines hands‑on artefact development with technical leadership, ensuring availability, maintainability and through‑life support while managing subcontractor outputs within a complex defence

Qualifications

Integrated Logistic Support leadership in complex programmes.
Through‑life Support engineering with maintenance planning and provisioning.
Technical leadership, mentoring engineers, resolving complex issues.
Experience developing and assuring ILS artefacts across acquisition and in‑service phases.
Experience coordinating with customers, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead REUK’s ILS activities within the OMNIA ACTS programme.
Plan, coordinate and deliver ILS workshare with quality, schedule and engineering standards.
Provide technical leadership to ILS Engineers while remaining hands‑on for artefact development.
Coordinate with OMNIA partners, OEMs, engineering teams, and Army stakeholders.
Assure ILS outputs from subcontractors are integrated into ACTS ILS workshare.
Support introduction of new capabilities while maintaining legacy systems.
