Job summary

OMNIA Training in the UK seeks a Facilitation Specialist to transform the British Army’s collective training. You will work in a matrix organisation, reporting to the Training Support Branch and supporting the CTTP programme, coordinating exercise design, planning and real-life support across UK and overseas locations.

The role requires experience designing training support solutions, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of MOD procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in designing Collective Training Exercise Support Solutions for the British Army training.
Strong background in Log IS and technical support solutions.
Experience with programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

Identify and coordinate support to deliver and sustain Collective Training at need.
Plan and implement tailored exercise support solutions for events.
Support design and delivery of collective training and update as required.
Deputise for Facilitation & Administration Lead when needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align training support with doctrine and environment.
Develop support proposals from MOD inputs and FPS/ESOR/ILS reports.
Design and implement training support solutions across the programme.
Liaise with Logistic and Real-Life Support providers to ensure readiness.
