• Experience leading EA engagements or programmes.

• Own architecture workstreams and delivery within enterprise architecture engagements.
• Assess how business strategy and industry trends drive the need for change.
• Define and co-create the enterprise architecture vision, target-state architecture and roadmaps.
• Drive modernisation for the AI era through application rationalisation and consolidation.
• Build value cases and investment justifications aligned to client planning cycles.
• Guide key architectural decisions across business, technology and third-party stakeholders.
• Define enterprise data and AI platform, integration and automation strategies.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Support senior leadership in sales by shaping proposals and statements of work.
• Lead medium-to-large teams, set objectives, and develop team members.
• Ensure quality of architecture outputs for executive audiences.
