Invesco is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to provide strategic technology leadership across the Client Engagement Platforms portfolio. You will define architecture, roadmaps and target-state capabilities to support long-term business objectives.

The role spans CRM, Marketing Automation, client servicing, digital engagement, data and AI-enabled capabilities. You will guide platform strategy, investment decisions and transformational initiatives, establishing standards and advocating modern

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture within large organisations.
• Proven track record shaping client engagement, CRM, Marketing Automation and digital platform capabilities.
• Ability to define roadmaps, target architectures and transformation initiatives with broad impact.
• Influence with senior executives on technology investment decisions.
• Experience leading platform modernisation, cloud transformations and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and technology partnership skills.
• Experience applying data, analytics and AI to client engagement and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture and technology roadmaps across CRM and engagement platforms.
• Lead evolution of the client engagement technology ecosystem for scalability and security.
• Develop strategies for composable, API-first and cloud-native capabilities.
• Drive AI-powered capabilities for workflow automation and personalization.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Data and Operations to translate strategy into capabilities.
• Establish governance, standards and guardrails for architecture.
• Guide vendor selection, roadmaps and long-term technology decisions.
• Act as a technical authority on major initiatives and risk management.
