Invesco is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to provide strategic technology leadership across Client Engagement Platforms, defining architecture, roadmaps and target-state capabilities to support long-term business goals. You will influence senior leaders and drive transformational initiatives spanning CRM, Marketing Automation, client servicing, digital engagement, data and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture or technology strategy within large, complex organisations.
• Significant experience shaping client engagement, CRM, Marketing Automation and digital platform capabilities.
• Proven success defining roadmaps and target-state architectures with broad organisational impact.
• Ability to influence senior executives and guide technology investment decisions across business and technology functions.
• Experience leading large-scale platform modernisation, cloud transformation and integration initiatives.
• Strong track record managing stakeholders, vendors and technology partnerships.
• Experience applying data, analytics and AI to improve client engagement and operations.
• Expertise across CRM, marketing automation, client lifecycle management and related technologies.
• Knowledge of modern architecture patterns: composable, API-first, event-driven, microservices, cloud-native.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target-state architecture, roadmaps, reference architectures and design principles for CRM, Marketing Automation, client engagement and AI-enabled platforms.
• Lead evolution of the client engagement tech ecosystem to remain scalable, secure and aligned with business needs.
• Develop strategies enabling modern, composable, API-first, cloud-native capabilities while reducing complexity.
• Drive AI-powered capabilities to enhance client engagement, workflow automation and personalisation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable tech capabilities and investment priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks and standards to ensure security, compliance and operational excellence.
• Guide vendor selection, roadmap alignment and long-term tech decisions for strategic platforms.
• Act as technical authority on major initiatives, managing risk and delivering strategic outcomes.
