Job summary

Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul team. You will supervise technicians, ensure compliance with MAA regulations, and mentor junior staff while maintaining robust documentation and safety standards.

Reporting to an Operations Lead, you will manage workloads, interpret technical publications, and uphold Airmanship and Health & Safety practices within your crew. A UK security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in aviation maintenance environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a small team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under MAA MRP Part 145 approvals.
• Supervise, plan, sequence and distribute technical work for a team.
• Mentor apprentices and engineers; ensure regulatory compliance and quality control.
• Maintain and verify aircraft paperwork to company procedures.
• Adapt scheduling to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
