Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Technician in the UK to join Boeing Defence UK (BDUK), contributing to maintenance, repair and operations on major UK programmes. You will perform scheduled maintenance, interpret technical data, document work, and mentor apprentices while ensuring compliance with MAA Part 145 and related standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex systems, coordinating workloads, and supporting continuous improvement within a safety-focused, collaborative team

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience interfacing with teams and interpreting technical information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance tasks per schedule and approved data.
• Interpret and implement technical information and certifications.
• Maintain aircraft systems to the required quality standards.
• Mentor peers and supervise apprentices when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
