Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited in Middle Wallop is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead a small team of aircraft technicians within the MRO organisation, ensuring maintenance execution, regulatory compliance and accurate work recording.

You will mentor peers, interpret technical documents, and coordinate with the Operations Lead, while maintaining safety, QA standards and supporting UK defence programmes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of MAA regulatory requirements and Part 145.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance supervision and QA.

Responsabilités

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under MAA MRP Part 145 approval or MOD contract.
• Assemble, disassemble and modify aerospace vehicle systems and components.
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical) and isolate faults.
• Schedule and allocate work to technicians to meet delivery timelines.
• Mentor and supervise apprentices and trainees as required.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly and maintain open reporting culture.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and workshops.
• Ensure paperwork is completed to procedures and regulatory standards.
