Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Avionic Supervisor to lead a team within a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul organization in the UK. You will supervise technicians, ensure adherence to MAA MRP Part 145 and MOD expectations, and drive safe, timely aircraft maintenance and paperwork completion.

Candidates should have an appropriate trade apprenticeship or equivalent experience, strong English skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance and processes (Human Factors, FOD, health & safety, COSHH).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to work effectively in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under Boeing’s MAA MRP Part 145 approval or MOD customer.
• Supervise, mentor and coordinate technicians; plan and sequence work.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory/commercial compliance in all tasks.
• Distribute workload and manage scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Provide guidance, support and stop-work decisions when needed.
• Mentor apprentices and promote a culture of openness and safety.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as required.
