Job summary

ecube seeks a Certifying Team Leader to supervise daily aircraft line maintenance under EASA/UK Part 145. You will provide technical leadership, allocate tasks, and ensure accurate documentation while acting as the key technical authority during shift operations. Collaborate with Planning and management to support operational performance.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, including audits support and maintaining required authorizations across the team.

Qualifications

• EASA/CAA Part-M and Part-145 legislation knowledge.
• Part-66 B1/B2 licence with type ratings.
• Experience in a Part-145 line maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day line maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.
• Exercise certification privileges per regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support during troubleshooting and repairs.
• Allocate tasks and monitor progress against workload plan.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation accurately.
