Job summary

British Airways is recruiting a Maintenance Team Leader (UK CAA B1) for its Gatwick site. You will lead 20+ mechanics and lead mechanics, directing scheduled maintenance, inspections and rectification tasks to high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a UK CAA Pt66 B licence and several years of heavy maintenance leadership experience. You will manage schedules, coach staff, and drive productivity while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Leads aircraft heavy maintenance teams to ensure safe operations.
• Requires UK CAA Pt66 B licence and 3+ years of heavy maintenance.
• Experience leading teams in aircraft maintenance environments.
• Ability to coach, perform reviews and manage disciplinary matters.
