Causalens.com, a London startup, is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI systems in a forward-deployed role with global clients. You will translate business problems into scalable agentic architectures using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.

You will embed with clients to own technical strategy, lead engineering lifecycle, and drive high-impact automation in production-grade AI environments.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems using LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Strong client-facing technical experience in top-tier consultancies or high-growth firms.
• Architectural excellence in Python and cloud environments with leadership by example.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise clients to map complex workflows and translate them into technical strategies.
• Design and architect scalable multi-agent systems with LLMs and RAG pipelines.
